GLUTE TRAINING WITH THE PARABALL: PENDULUM SQUAT

Hello this is Gabriel and today we are going to learn how to do a pendulum squat with the Paraball

Even though most of the exercises with the Paraball are going to fatigue the whole body, there are ways of targeting different muscles with it. This exercise is a very effective way of working out the posterior chain, but also the core and the arms. It can also be combined with other exercises to create compound movements that we are going to learn in the future.

We usually recommend you start with the lighter weights, but using light weights here beats the purpose of the exercise, as they don´t shift our center of gravity as much. For this two-handed exercise, the 6 and 10 lbs are a good option to start with, I will use a 15 lbs for the demonstration
